Recruitment

Airport security is a tight business, and requires employees with eagle eyes. To attract such staff, Supreme Security launched a low-cost recruitment campaign relying solely on a metal bar, an airport baggage scanner and the vigilant nature of the next potential employee.

How it worked was simple. In the course of going about their work, existing Supreme Security employees fly. This puts them in the path of airport security - the perfect place to find a new recruit.

What the existing employees did was carry a metal bar - engraved with a job offer - in their hand baggage. They knew, full well, that the bar would show up on the airport baggage scanner - and they would be stopped - if the security person kept a close enough eye.

As a result of this highly original - and much talked about - recruitment drive, Supreme Security has been able to recruit eight highly-qualified employees by spending less than 5,000 Swiss francs.
